RESILIENT WOMEN SPEAKER SERIES: Rootsilience with Samantha Anderson

Join author of the forthcoming book, Beyond Resilience to Rootsilience, and WOT sister, Samantha Anderson, for a conversation about how women can be empowered to reclaim balance and well-being by decoding the language of our body, behavior and mind. Our body shows us when we’ve been stretched beyond our limits and knocked out of balance. But what can we do about it and how can we recognize those first signs? 

Samantha will share why she believes resilience is not enough to deal with the stressors and challenges of the day.  She invented a new word, Rootsilience, which takes the notion of “resilience” a step deeper, and teaches us to be grounded, rooted and able to respond to stressors from a place of security. In this talk, Samantha will share some of the key lessons in the book, and there will be ample time to gather in breakout groups to discuss the content, facilitated by a WOT Circle Facilitator.
