2nd Annual Walk For WOT

Come spend a fun autumn afternoon outside with your WOT Sisters, friends and family on Saturday, September 17th! (Rain date is Sunday, September 18th, same time)

Sign-in for the walk begins at 12:30 pm at Lake Mansfield in Great Barrington.  Before the walk begins, have a chat with the other participants and, if you're so inclined, create posters to promote Walking Our Talk on the walk. Supplies for poster-making will be provided.

We will begin our walk at 1 pm, winding our way through residential areas, into downtown Great Barrington and back to Lake Mansfield (approximately 2.5 miles). Sisters who are physically unable to participate in the walk but want to attend the event are welcome to remain with Meg Czaja at the park for sisterhood time, perhaps a mini-circle of sorts, and promoting WOT to park goers. The walk will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours as we stop along the way to greet people, inform them about WOT, and handout rack cards about WOT. We will then conclude our walk with apple cider, apples, and donuts back at Lake Mansfield with the whole group.

Register as a participant ($10) or sponsor a participant (for any amount you choose).  

Invite your friends and family to sign up as participants at the walk or to sponsor you. All proceeds will help to fund programming and scholarships, so that all sisters can feel supported and nourished by the connections and agreements experienced through WOT circles.
